Chemist. Researcher at Institute of Sciences of Food Production, National Research Council of Italy (ISPA-CNR). He received his Ph.D. from University of Bari (Italy) in Microbiology, Safety and Chemistry of Food. He is involved in several projects aimed to the development and validation of conventional and rapid methods for mycotoxin determination in agro-food products.
