Sarah De Saeger

Full professor at Ghent University. She is head of the laboratory of Food Analysis focusing on four research lines:mycotoxins and human health, detection methods, metabolomics and untargeted analysis, and mycotoxin occurrence. She is expert in EFSA CONTAM working groups and member of the Scientific Committee of the Federal Agency for Food Chain Safety. She is Leader of WP3 “Mycotoxins monitoring” of the MycoKey project.
