Chris serves as a Lead Scientist at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service (USDA-ARS) in Peoria, IL. He received his doctorate from Cornell University, with postdoctoral studies at the National Cancer Institute. His research interests include the development of new technologies and materials for the detection of mycotoxins in foods.
